1. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS

By accessing or using WeLink, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. WeLink is a product of TeamThink Solutions (Pty) Ltd trading as Devv Technology.

2. ACCOUNT REGISTRATION

Business owners must provide accurate and complete information when registering. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and credentials.

3. PAYMENT TERMS

WeLink offers a Free plan without payment details and a Premium plan for R89 per month. Premium begins only after a successful Paystack payment and renews monthly until the workspace owner cancels. Cancellation stops future renewals and does not ordinarily refund the current paid period, except where applicable law requires otherwise.

4. TERMINATION

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate our acceptable use policy or engage in fraudulent activity.
